Hotel Events Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Hotel Events Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional events experiences.
About the Position
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of events, including:
- Banquet Event Orders creation and distribution
- Menu planning, signage, and floor plan design for events
- Liaising with internal teams (Events, Food & Beverage, and Kitchen) and external suppliers
- Sales of hotel event spaces and accommodation, including site inspections
- Supporting the Business Development Manager in proactive sales efforts
- Reporting, filing, and internal communication management
Requirements
- A dynamic individual with ability to multitask efficiently
- Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- High proficiency in MS Office suite
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Previous experience in 5-star environment preferred
- Drive for exceptional service delivery and exceeding guest expectations
- Passion for success and delivering high-quality results
