Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dairy Production Specialist to join our team based at our Victoria - Carrums down Branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery in a food manufacturing environment with strong mechanical aptitude and experience in assembling / disassembling equipment.
  • Maintain a high level of physical fitness to meet the demands of the role.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and GMP standards, with a focus on safety, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and management.
  • Prioritize seamless can seaming experience as a significant advantage.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in machine operating in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in assembling and disassembling machinery.
  • Fitness level: physically fit.
  • Understanding of HACCP and GMP principles, with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Can seaming experience preferred.
