About the Company

Nature One Dairy is an Australian-owned company dedicated to producing only the highest quality powdered and liquid milk products. We produce a range of dairy products specifically designed for every age group ranging from infants to the elderly and everything in-between. Nature One Dairy products are available in Australia as well as international markets including China, Singapore, Vietnam, and Indonesia.

Our powdered milk products are manufactured in ISO 8 pharmaceutical grade facility in Carrum Downs, Victoria which has been specifically designed with infant formula in mind. Our liquid milk products are manufactured in Nepean River Dairy, a wholly owned Nature One Dairy company, located in Winston Hills, New South Wales. We produce a range of fresh milk, UHT, flavoured milk, almond and soy milk, and a variety of plant-based products.

We currently have a position to be filled across afternoon shift for a machine operator and production lead. The role will provide leadership and supervision to our frontline operators.

Key Responsibilities
- Operating various production machines including seamers, fillers, blenders, packers, and labellers
- Pre-start machine checks, WHS compliance and in process QC checks
- Machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Overseeing a small team
- Working within a team environment.

Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leading hand position
- Experience in the food manufacturing industry within a cleanroom environment
- Batchmaking experience
- High attention to detail
- Eager to show initiative and be a team player
- Good level of physical strength and fitness
- Mechanically minded
- The ability to follow safe work procedures
- Current and valid forklift truck operation licence LF - Advantageous
