- Maintain control and leadership in the kitchen during service times in allocated sections.

- Ensure all kitchen staff adhere to health and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Hold a Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
- Food Handlers Certificate.
- Experience working in a pub/bistro fast-paced environment.
- Well-versed in all kitchen areas with hands-on experience.
- Ability to follow and give directions when required.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Full working rights in Australia.
