You will serve as a trusted business partner for key stakeholders, leveraging insights to identify and support business improvement initiatives. In this role, you will lead small project teams, including coordination with consultants and vendors, to achieve defined project outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Planning and Delivery: Manage the full life cycle of projects, ensuring that projects meet required outcomes and align with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project outcomes, transforming requirements into plans, managing expectations, and delivering results effectively.
- Risk & Quality Management: Proactively manage project risks, applying industry best practices to maintain quality and project integrity.
- Cost & Schedule Management: Develop and implement strategies to control costs, adhere to schedules, and maintain project scope and work quality.
- Change Management: Identify and implement necessary change management strategies to meet evolving project objectives.
- Progress Reporting: Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, including detailed metrics for schedule, cost, and risk management.
We are looking for an experienced project manager who possesses:
- Relevant project management certifications, with proven project management experience in complex environments.
- Experience leading small project teams.
- Knowledge of relevant project management methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Experience with identifying and implementing change management strategies.
- The ability to prepare detailed and informative reports on project progress.
