We are seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional results across various sectors.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior management and project directors to deliver strategy, provide guidance across contracting partnerships, procurement, and contract management across commercial, education, retail, and social housing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Management: Tender Phase – documentation, support, assessment, and finalisation
  • Construction: superintendency, project claims and certification, reporting, and contract administration
  • Project Administration: Contract administration including Superintending
  • Strong communication and writing skills (formal & informal)
  • Collaborating with colleagues and line managers
  • Design development & project delivery
  • Stakeholder management

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification, Australian client-side consultancy experience, and 2-7+ years of project management/development experience. Experience in architecture, engineering, or quantity surveying is ideal, as well as front-end delivery experience and ability to work proactively and autonomously.

  • Experience in architecture, engineering, or quantity surveying is ideal
  • Front-end delivery experience is essential
  • Ability to work proactively and autonomously
  • Experience working with design teams, tender and procurement processes, and a sound understanding of construction contract administration
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure project delivery on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure on complex projects
