Project Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support project managers in achieving project goals. This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, coordinate project activities, monitor and document project progress, and provide administrative support to project managers.
This position involves:
- Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinating project activities, including up-to-date scheduling, resource allocation, and task assignment recording
- Monitoring and documenting project progress and supporting the project manager in documenting potential issues or risks
- Providing administrative support to project managers, such as preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Managing project documentation and ensuring accurate record-keeping, including any updates to budgets and required delivery milestones
- Communicating project updates and information to project team members and stakeholders
Requirements

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with experience in project scheduling, exposure to financial budgeting, and exposure to change management processes within a project environment are highly desirable.
