Software Engineering Position

We are seeking a skilled software engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of Golang compiler, tooling, and ecosystem.

  • This role will involve collaborating with a distributed team to create high-quality code and improve developer and operator experience with Go.

The ideal candidate will have relevant Go experience, ideally in cloud-native software and Linux, and a strong academic track record.

In this position, you will be responsible for selecting, integrating, and packaging best-of-breed tooling with Ubuntu, writing high-quality code, debugging issues, reviewing code produced by other engineers, and discussing ideas and collaborating on finding good solutions.

Requirements
  • Relevant Go experience, ideally in cloud-native software and Linux
