Software Engineering Transformation Leader

We're looking for a skilled professional to lead our software engineering transformation team. This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead the development of a cutting-edge platform, driving innovation and growth in our organisation.

As Software Engineering Transformation Leader, you'll be responsible for refining processes, shaping the team, empowering efficiency, driving improvements, championing platform engineering, and promoting innovative cloud solutions. You'll work closely with I.T teams and leaders to implement process enhancements, supporting adoption of the developer platform and software engineering best practices.

You will have:

  • A formal qualification(s) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • A Cloud Computing Platform Certification (Azure preferred).
  • Proven experience in Platform Engineering roles, with a focus on cloud native software engineering.
  • Demonstratable experience of Cloud Computing Platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
