Job Title: Digital Asset Management Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the reliable operation of digital asset management systems and resolution of technical issues.
- Provide day-to-day and long-range administrative oversight of digital asset management systems, ensuring connectivity and alignment with content management systems and integrations with other systems.
- Work closely with vendors to investigate and critically analyse system and business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain technical knowledge of digital asset management systems and other relevant systems development to enable effective operation and in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, identify opportunities to improve existing software and processes in line with sector standards and business needs.
- Develop and keep updated system and related documentation including user guidelines and training material.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in the administration and development of digital asset management systems.
- Experience in working effectively and collaboratively with interdisciplinary workgroups to investigate, analyse and document business processes and deliver software solutions.
- Demonstrated initiative in the workplace to achieve results with excellent time management.
- Knowledge of international standards, ideally within the cultural sector, in relation to digital asset management and digital archiving practices, including metadata schema, file formats, control and management of digital assets.
- Sound communication and negotiation skills, with strong conflict resolution skills and an ability to build effective relationships.
