The Role:

">Financial Crime Compliance Lead

This pivotal opportunity involves leading the Group-wide approach to regulatory reporting and screening within Financial Crime Compliance.

You will be at the forefront of ensuring our organization meets its obligations under IFTI and TTR reporting, while shaping the governance and effectiveness of our screening programs.

Advisory and oversight across sanctions, third-party, customer, employee, and payment screening are key responsibilities, as well as collaborating closely with analytics and risk teams to validate data integrity and support robust compliance frameworks.

This role is integral to both business-as-usual (BAU) and uplift project work, offering the chance to influence strategic outcomes and drive continuous improvement across the Group.

Key areas of expertise include deep knowledge of screening and regulatory reporting, backed by a strong understanding of financial crime compliance obligations including AML/CTF and AUSTRAC guidance.

Experience in financial services and banking equips you to navigate complex initiatives and build trusted relationships across the business.

A critical thinker with a pragmatic approach to compliance, you're known for your ability to meet tight deadlines and communicate complex information clearly.
