Job Title: Regulatory Breach Reporting

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Regulatory Breach Reporting and Compliance Manager. This position plays a pivotal part in ensuring our organisation meets regulatory requirements for relevant authorities.

This key role can be based anywhere in Australia, offering flexibility and convenience.

  • About the Role:
  • Support the development and implementation of compliance frameworks, policies, tools, systems, and processes required for effective risk management.
  • Provide expert advice on regulatory requirements to ensure seamless compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Undertake thorough assessments of compliance incidents to support regulatory breach assessment processes.
  2. Present findings to relevant stakeholders and forums as required.
  3. Contribute to the governance of significant incident review panels, including preparation of supporting documentation, minutes, and reporting.
  4. Offer compliance advice, insights, themes, and trends to key stakeholders, including boards, committees, and other forums.
  5. Prepare reports for regulators in response to investigations, breaches, and requests for information.
