About the Role:
In the capacity of Logistics Project Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing the transition to a new third-party logistics (3PL) provider. Your responsibilities will encompass managing the complete logistics operation, ensuring the smooth integration of new processes and systems aimed at improving our supply chain efficiency and achieving our strategic goals. This role presents an exciting chance to drive transformation and create a substantial impact within a global enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
Direct and oversee the transition from the existing logistics framework to a new 3PL provider. Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Supply Chain, Operations, and IT, to ensure alignment and successful execution. Formulate and implement project plans, timelines, and milestones for the transition. Evaluate and monitor performance metrics to enhance logistics operations and promote continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies throughout the transition and thereafter. Skills & Experience:
Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in logistics management, particularly in 3PL transitions or supply chain optimization initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Strong project management capabilities with a proven history of delivering projects on schedule and within budget. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a strategic approach. Comprehensive understanding of logistics and supply chain principles, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management. Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and cultivate relationships at all organizational levels. Experience in the consumer goods or retail sector is advantageous.
