This role will involve managing key client programs, delivering quality services and providing strategic advice in policy, premium, claims and injury management.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working in a leadership position within the workers' compensation sector
  • Experience in national workers' compensation arrangements and drivers of premiums
  • Demonstrable knowledge and application of policy and premium management across the workers' compensation landscape
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in supervising, coaching and mentoring team members
