Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee workplace risk and workers' compensation services for clients. This role involves managing existing programs, identifying solutions, and delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project management of national clients' workplace risk programs.
  • Provide strategic advice in policy, premium, claims, and injury management.
  • Outsourced Return to Work support services.
  • Report writing and client retention strategies.
  • Technical expertise in Workers' Compensation.
  • Manage industry relationships and partnerships.
  • Engage with consultancy team members to develop knowledge and skills.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in the workers compensation sector.
  • Knowledge of National Workers' Compensation arrangements and key drivers.
  • Demonstrable policy and premium management expertise.
  • Experience in developing business strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Supervising and mentoring team members.
  • Organisational and project management skills.
  • A team player with credibility and trustworthiness.
  • Tertiary qualification in Allied Health or equivalent experience.
