Operational Risk Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Risk Analyst to join our Commodities and Global Markets Group. As an Operational Risk Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our global business by providing expert advice on risks and controls.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in non-financial risk management, preferably within financial markets. You will have a strong understanding of Financial Markets knowledge and be able to interpret and balance commercial and risk issues.

Key responsibilities include advising on risk matters, assessing new products and initiatives, investigating incidents, and testing controls. You will also partner with trading desks and support groups to develop a comprehensive understanding of processes to proactively manage operational risks.

  • Experience in trading, compliance, or surveillance related to trading is advantageous.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with experience working with senior colleagues to drive, challenge, and influence risk-related discussions.
