About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating and managing multiple administrative tasks, including scheduling, mailouts, event planning, supporting committees, preparing reports, and allocating resources within set timeframes and standards.
  • Providing high-level support and service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring prompt resolution of issues while maintaining strict confidentiality, privacy, and compliance.
  • Supporting organizational processes, particularly in the areas of compliance, quality assurance, and performance reporting.
  • Accurately recording and managing meeting minutes, including those involving sensitive or highly confidential information.
  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to promote efficient service delivery.
