Job OpportunityKey Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients and provide accurate legal advice across WorkCover and TAC claims.
  • Assess claims, including liability and quantum.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with our clients and peers through exceptional communication.
  • Prepare legal documentation with a high degree of detail and assist with running a file load.
Requirements:
  • A recent law graduate or someone recently admitted to practice as a solicitor.
  • Ideal candidates will have some pre-admission experience in personal injury, however, this is not essential for success.
  • A passion for social justice and a thirst for knowledge in the plaintiff law space.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional client service.
  • The ability to effectively manage multiple competing deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine interest in our areas of practice.
  • Diversity of experience and evidence of extra-curricular activities aligned with our work.
