New Lawyer

We are seeking a recent law graduate to join our team as an entry-level lawyer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the legal practice.

This full-time, permanent position involves working under the guidance of a senior practitioner to gain experience in representing clients and providing accurate legal advice.

• Assist in representing clients in WorkCover and TAC claims
• Develop skills in effectively assessing claims, including liability and quantum
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and peers through exceptional communication
• Prepare legal documentation with attention to detail and assist with running a file load with commercial awareness

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Recent completion of Bachelor of Laws degree
• Current practising certificate or timeline of when eligible to receive one
• Ideal pre-admission experience in personal injury, however not essential
• Possess passion for social justice and thirst for knowledge in plaintiff law space
• Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and managing competing deadlines
• Genuine interest in our areas of practice
• Bring diversity of experience and evidence of extra-curricular activities aligned with our work
