">We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Solicitor to join our Personal Injury team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in representing clients and providing accurate legal advice.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for working under the guidance of a senior practitioner to gain hands-on experience in the legal practice. This will include assisting in representing clients, preparing legal documentation, and developing a proficient ability to effectively assess claims.
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have completed your law degree recently and hold a current practising certificate. Ideally, you will have some pre-admission experience in personal injury, although this is not essential. A passion for social justice and a thirst for knowledge in the plaintiff law space are also essential.
">In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage multiple competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to demonstrate a genuine interest in Shine's areas of practice and be an active member of relevant associations.
