We are seeking highly skilled Senior Speech Pathologists to join our Neurorehabilitation and Non-Neuro Teams at Rocky Bay.

Role Overview

In this exciting role, you will provide expert clinical services to customers across various locations in Western Australia. Your primary focus will be on neurorehabilitation, mealtime management, and dysphagia, as well as supporting therapists with their development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and supervision to junior therapists to support their growth and development.
  • Service customers across the lifespan, including those requiring neurorehabilitation goals, mealtime management, and dysphagia support.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Contribute to the development of team policies and procedures to ensure best practice in speech pathology services.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Senior Speech Pathologist in a similar role or sector is desirable.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills to mentor and support junior therapists.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment.
