Leadership Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to lead a team of professionals responsible for testing and change delivery within a critical department.

The ideal candidate will oversee the teams that manage functional and technical testing services, ensuring the reliability, security, and resilience of key systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of functional and technical testing services.
  • Oversee the delivery of change delivery services with a focus on release management and deployment of upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
  • Support the application, adoption, and enhancement of testing and change delivery frameworks and strategies to meet business needs.
  • Evaluate operational performance in terms of people management, budget, and processes.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience leading testing and/or change delivery functions with large teams and in complex environments.
  • Strong technical understanding of areas under management, including knowledge of testing and change delivery methodologies, frameworks, techniques, and tools.
  • Able to take ownership of responsibilities and coach managers in day-to-day tasks, health, safety, and wellbeing support.
  • Advanced experience in stakeholder management and representing the department across the organization.
  • Experience establishing and embedding release management practices as part of a broader transformation program or working with agile practices would be highly valued.
