**About the Opportunity**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Change to lead our change management initiatives within a business unit or major program of work.
This role ensures the successful planning and execution of tailored change strategies, enabling employee adoption and delivering measurable business outcomes. The role also supports the professional growth of change professionals within the unit or program.

**In this Role**
- Work with leadership to assess the pipeline of projects, define the change support needed, and ensure alignment with business unit or program priorities.
- Identify and assemble the appropriate change teams, ensuring the necessary capability is in place to deliver outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Lead to resolve resource or priority conflicts that impact delivery.
- Lead and deliver change management for high-priority projects, ensuring strategies prepare people for change, drive adoption, and achieve business outcomes.
- Align delivery with the Metcash Delivery Success Method.
- Monitor and quality-check the work of the change team to maintain alignment with enterprise standards
- Lead the change team within the business unit or program, providing mentorship and support to Change Managers and Analysts.
- Actively contribute to the refinement and champion the change toolkit, ensuring tools are practical and effective
- Participate in and contribute to the Change Community of Practice, sharing insights and experiences to build collective capability.
- Deliver training programs within the business unit to enhance change capability for leaders and teams.

**You're Likely a Match If**
- More than 5 years' experience in a change management role within complex program or project environments.
- Experience in Agile environments and matrix organisations with internal and external change and communication components.
- Skilled in implementing change tools and tracking success metrics to achieve outcomes.
- Strong skills in engaging with senior leadership to drive alignment
- Formal qualification in change management (e.g., PROSCI) and project delivery (e.g. SAFe).
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex change agendas.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Collaborative approach to working across functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, driving clarity and prioritisation.
- Adaptable and resilient in dynamic program environments.
