Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our Centre Management Office at Stockland Burleigh Heads Shopping Centre.
This role will provide a high level of administration and customer service support across a range of general administration and financial tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support for the Centre management team
- Managing tenant enquiries and liaising with contractors
- Acting as the point of contact for the Centre management office
- Supporting the Administration Manager with administrative tasks
- Maintaining effective records control and file management
- Participating in OH&S activities
Requirements:
- Solid administration experience with a strong customer service focus
- Understanding of accounts payable/receivable and experience in managing monthly billing and debtor collection
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
- Competent computer skills across the Microsoft Office suite
- Interpersonal and communication skills
