Administrative Support Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to provide support to our Centre Management Office at Stockland Burleigh Heads Shopping Centre.
About the Role
This is a permanent, part-time role, 22.8 hours per week, based on site at our Stockland Burleigh Heads Shopping Centre. As an Administration Assistant, you will provide a high level of administration and customer service, supporting across a range of general administration and financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for the Centre management team, including managing tenant enquiries and liaising with contractors.
- Act as the point of contact for the Centre management office, including managing telephone enquiries.
- Support the Administration Manager with a range of administrative tasks, including assisting with the monthly billing and debtor collection process, preparing centre accounts payable and monitoring expenditure.
- Maintain effective records control and file management.
- Balance gift card funds.
- Participate in OH&S activities.
About You
- You will bring solid administration experience with a strong customer service focus.
- An understanding of accounts payable/receivable and experience in managing monthly billing and debtor collection would be beneficial.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Competent computer skills across the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel and Word, experience using record management systems and comfortable learning and picking up new software packages.
- Interpersonal and communication skills and able to work as part of a team or autonomously.
- Able to use your initiative and maintain confidentiality as required.
