Job Description- Support our North Geelong & surrounding branches by being the first point of contact for our customers
- Work with your customers to identify the most suitable products and services that best matches their needs and ensuring they receive a seamless, consistent, and tailored customer service experience every step of the way
- Assist our customers with enquiries and provide solutions to their problems
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and is able to work effectively in a team environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to travel between locations as required.
