Job Description

The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans to achieve strategic and financial objectives for the Sure Petcare portfolio.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Companion Animal Marketing Lead ANZ to drive portfolio penetration of identification and connected monitoring devices, create intelligence and value-added services to pet owners and stakeholders, and develop product/range marketing plans.

  • Set and achieve portfolio sales and financial targets.
  • Manage portfolio advertising and promotional expense budget.
  • Drive portfolio penetration of identification and connected monitoring devices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Marketing Degree or Equivalent - A degree in marketing or a related field is essential.

Prior Consumer Marketing Experience - Proven experience in consumer marketing, preferably in the animal health industry.

Digital Marketing Skills - Strong hands-on digital marketing skills, including experience in delivering successful multi-channel D2C marketing campaigns.

Project Management - Ability to initiate and complete multiple projects simultaneously.

Communication and Collaboration - Excellent communication and coordination skills across all organisational levels and functions.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills - Strong numeracy, analytical, thinking and problem-solving skills.
