Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Contract Performance Manager to join our team at GE Renewable Energy. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing contract performance in selected countries/regions, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, GE Service Site Managers, and Service Directors to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Drive contract performance through strategic planning, risk identification, and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal functions, such as Field Service, Sourcing, and Engineering, to synchronize customer and contract events with internal processes.
  • Monitor and report on contract financial and contractual performance, including cash collection, receivables management, and concessions administration.
  • Ensure contract technical and maintenance compliance, and develop strategies for service fulfillment.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in the Wind Maintenance sector or other energy or industrial segments.
  • Proven experience in managing subcontractors and multi-year contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial, finance, legal, and related regulations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in computer applications.
