Job Title: Residency Care Manager
DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our Residential Dementia Care Home. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
Your primary focus will be on leading a dedicated team of housekeepers to ensure that all areas are spotless and cleaned to a high standard. You will also be responsible for tracking COSHH data, liaising with the managing support team for ordering, and keeping up-to-date with regulations surrounding these areas.
In addition to your leadership role, you will be involved in documenting cleaning audits, communicating with senior staff and caregivers regarding room and communal area cleaning, and arranging deep cleans as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A keen eye for detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- An enthusiastic and self-motivated approach to work, with a caring and professional demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of computers and technology
- The ability to lead and work well in a team, often requiring initiative and autonomy
