The Junior Account Manager plays a pivotal role in managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients within the interior design and smart home sectors. This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide exceptional customer service and act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients by identifying and developing new business opportunities to meet sales targets, thereby driving revenue growth and expanding our market share.
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations, collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of products and services that meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity by monitoring market developments and attending relevant events.
- A background in sales, account management, or a related field is essential, with a proven track record of success in this area.
- Experience working within the interior design or smart home sector is advantageous, although not essential.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities are required to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets is necessary to drive results and exceed expectations.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is expected.
