Project Manager

Duratec is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

  1. Manage structural integrity remediation projects from initial setup through to completion for Duratec's tier 1 mining clients.
  2. Ensure compliance with HSECQ requirements.
  3. Ensure effective cost control and efficient running of the project.
  4. Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors.
  5. Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings.
  6. Provision of advice on any technical and engineering issues.
  7. Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program.
  8. Involvement with tendering/estimation.
  9. Create and modify ITP's and SWMS.
  10. Raise RFI's and track responses.
Requirements:
  • Experience in mining, plant maintenance and shutdowns.
  • Understanding of inspection techniques, NDT, and structural analysis.
  • Ability to coordinate and deliver complex shutdown of works.
  • Program and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and cost control.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and subcontractor management.
  • White Card.
  • Drivers Licence.
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction or Engineering.
