Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor to lead our structural integrity and remediation projects across the Pilbara region.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to play a key role in our organisation's continued growth and success.

  • Day-to-day site supervision and management of your team
  • Ensure site productivity aligns with project timelines
  • Lead the team on productive safe work behaviour
  • Set up and pack up of site, including contributing to pre-start and toolbox meetings
  • Co-ordination of employees and subcontractors
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaise closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects run to schedule
  • Completion of QA and HSE paperwork
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Prior experience in the construction and remediation industry, preferably on structural integrity projects
  • Prior experience supervising teams of skilled tradesmen
  • S26 supervisor training - preferred
  • White card and current Drivers Licence
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to obtain a Police Clearance
  • Mechanical/Fabrication trade certificate and/or construction qualifications
  • Positive conflict resolution, communication and influencing skills
  • Sound understanding of established safety policies and guidelines
