Mechanical Supervisor Job

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our team in Perth, Western Australia.

As a key member of our structural integrity and remediation projects, you will be responsible for day-to-day site supervision and management of your team. Your primary focus will be on ensuring site productivity aligns with project timelines and leading the team on productive safe work behaviour.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in the construction and remediation industry, preferably on structural integrity projects, and supervising teams of skilled tradesmen. A S26 supervisor training certificate and AS 1796 Certificate 10 are preferred qualifications.

You will also be responsible for coordinating employees and subcontractors, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and liaising closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects run to schedule.

  • Day-to-day site supervision and management of your team.
  • Ensure site productivity aligns with project timelines.
  • Lead the team on productive safe work behaviour.
  • Set up and pack up of site, including contributing to pre-start and toolbox meetings.
  • Coordination of employees and subcontractors.
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects run to schedule.
