Senior Phenotyping Research Analyst

We are seeking an accomplished Biometrician to contribute their expertise in statistical analysis and provide leadership across our network of facilities. This role will play a pivotal part in advancing our ability to measure novel traits by implementing current best practices and proposing targeted research to develop new analytical approaches.
- Lead the development and implementation of statistical methodologies for plant phenotyping data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance research in biometry and statistical analytics.
- Provide high-level statistical support to projects, including experimental design, data analysis, and report preparation.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Promote the use of sound judgment in interpreting and applying procedures to solve complex issues.
- Contribute to the advancement of biometric knowledge through publication of research papers.

RequirementsPostgraduate qualifications in Biometry or Statistics or a related field, along with extensive relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and training.
- Proven skills in statistical analysis, ideally with high-throughput phenotyping datasets.
- Demonstrated experience in using R software packages for data analysis and graphical output generation.
- High-level interpersonal skills in working as a member of a multi-disciplinary research team.
