Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to manage the full contract lifecycle, from award to final close-out.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, reviewing and processing payment claims and variations for clients, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Oversight of the full payment lifecycle, ensuring compliance with relevant legislative frameworks
  • Developing and maintaining claim templates, FAQs, and training documentation
  • Leading training and onboarding for new contract team members

Requirements:

  • Experience in contract administration in construction, mining or oil & gas industries
  • A strong understanding of construction contracts and payment schedules
  • Proficiency in IFS, Procore, Aconex, SharePoint or similar ERP/contract management systems
