Lead Large-Scale Land Development Projects with Expertise and Passion We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale land development projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of project management experience, including budgeting, commercial acumen, and risk management. Key Responsibilities:    1. Project Delivery    • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution    • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues    2. Team Leadership    • Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support as needed    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment    • Encourage open communication and feedback among team members    3. Client Relationships    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded    • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the project lifecycle    4.
