About the Role
">As a key member of our team, you will perform a dual function of supporting listings and registry functions across all jurisdictions. This includes coordinating the Assessment and Referral Court (ARC) list, preparing court lists, managing court files, and communicating with stakeholders.
">This role operates in a complex, demanding, and sensitive environment. You must exercise sound judgment and discretion while liaising effectively with the Judiciary, court users, and members of the ARC multidisciplinary team.
">Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the Coordinator in day-to-day operations of the listings and registry functions;">
- Preparing and managing court lists, court files, and communicating with stakeholders;">
- Providing administrative support to the Coordinator and other staff as required;">
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including the Judiciary, court users, and members of the ARC multidisciplinary team;">
- Assisting with the development and implementation of new policies and procedures related to the ARC program;">
- Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as listings, registry, and case management.">

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills;">
