Leadership Role for Early Childhood

Our approach to early years learning extends beyond education to encompass the health and wellbeing of every child in our care.

We seek a passionate educator or diploma qualified leader for our toddler and preschool rooms. Our campus features playscapes with soft surfaces, sandpits, climbing frames, swings and forts to help children explore and develop.

The successful candidate will inspire programs and support teams of highly experienced educators across various levels at our campus. This role requires overseeing multiple rooms, planning educational programs, maintaining records and ensuring high-quality services in accordance with National Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage multiple rooms at our campus
  • Plan and implement educational programs that value a holistic view of each child's development
  • Maintain ongoing records of children's development, program, and daily information
  • Assist with daily room tasks, such as activity preparation and meal times
  • Ensure high-quality services in accordance with National Quality Standards
  • Guide team members with their professional development, individual goals, and performance
