Strategic HR Lead - Talent Development and Operational Excellence

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, driving people outcomes across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be the strategic HR lead and trusted adviser, developing and implementing people strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Advise senior leaders on HR matters
  • Develop and implement people strategies
  • Lead talent development, coaching, and career progression initiatives
  • Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations and performance
  • Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top talent
  • Use HR analytics to inform data-driven decisions and track workforce metrics

You will work closely with business leaders to drive organizational change, manage change at scale, and mentor the broader HR team. Experience in tech, start-ups, or gaming is highly desirable.

About This Role
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related discipline (Master's preferred)
  • Strong commercial acumen and influencing skills
  • Proven experience managing Employee Relations
  • Knowledge of relevant employment law across jurisdictions
  • Hands-on use of HRIS and HR analytics tools
