About the Job:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Café Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage operation, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in our café.
The successful candidate will have a passion for coffee and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our food and beverage manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure that every customer feels valued.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing memorable service experiences to customers
- Preparing specialty coffees and menu items to high standards
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Contributing to the creation of new menu offerings and promotions
- Supporting corporate and private events at our on-site event space
- Ensuring end-of-day reports are sent to the food and beverage lead
