About the Role

The Parking Operations Manager will play a key role in the strategic planning and implementation of sustainable initiatives in relation to parking at Bright Horizons Family Solutions. Located in the Corporate portfolio, the Manager will be responsible for the management of parking administrative services, compliance with relevant legislation, and parking availability and enforcement within car parks across the company.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage parking administrative services, including parking permits, fines, and appeals.
  2. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies.
  3. Develop and implement sustainable parking initiatives to reduce the company's carbon footprint.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address parking-related issues.
  5. Provide strategic advice on parking processes to deliver outcomes that meet business requirements.
