Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Engineer to spearhead our sales efforts and drive customer success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enabling companies worldwide to adopt API-first strategies and accelerate AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support field sales teams in understanding the value proposition of our API Management & Connectivity solutions.
  • Broaden trusted client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Lead Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) and manage evaluation processes.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to onboard new customers and unlock revenue potential.
  • Empower partners to drive customer success and deliver outcomes.
  • Cultivate cross-functional relationships with support, product, and engineering teams to prioritize customer needs.
  • Contribute to lead-generating activities such as blog posts, webinars, and industry events.
Requirements for Success:
  • A minimum of 10 years of industry experience in software and technology.
  • At least 5 years of pre-sales Solution Engineering or relevant experience at a SaaS, Open-source, or Enterprise Software company.
  • Proven expertise in middleware, API management, integration, open-source technology, and Kubernetes.
  • Foundational knowledge of API Management and integration, Cloud computing trends, and open-source business models.
  • The ability to present complex ideas confidently to C-level executives and Product Managers.
  • A passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment.
