Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable and Receivable Officer to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable and receivable process, ensuring seamless payment runs and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices (stock & non-stock) and handle international and local payments
  • Manage funds in multiple currencies and conduct regular payment runs
  • Support change and system implementations/improvements
  • Conduct end-to-end Accounts Receivable Reconciliations and AR ledger
  • Collect payments and resolve client billing issues
  • Handle customer inquiries
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar Accounts Payable and Receivable role, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • At least 2 year's experience in a similar Accounts Payable and Receivable role
  • Natural problem solver with strong communication skills
  • Technical skills with Xero experience a bonus
  • High attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
