Job Title: Accounts Payable Officer
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team in Malvern. This office based role involves the accurate and timely entering of invoices, managing inbound correspondence, checking and collating approved invoices for payment, maintaining the creditor database, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers, and assisting the finance team with ad hoc accounting support work.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience within accounts payable (min 2 years)
- Excellent communication skills, clear and concise both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines and work autonomously
- Highly motivated with a proactive approach
- Adaptability to be able to reprioritise tasks as required
- Analytical skills and problem solving abilities
