Account Management Opportunity

A leading organization seeks an experienced account manager to drive business growth and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate has a strong background in property & casualty domain with expertise in cots platforms, preferably duck creek platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients as the primary point of contact.
  • Project Delivery: Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure high-quality and timely implementation of duck creek products.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling duck creek services and solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior team members to enhance delivery quality and account management skills.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in it, with at least 5 years in p&c domain solution implementation or account management roles preferably duck creek platform.
  • Proficiency in policy, billing, and claims modules.
  • Familiarity with p&c system architecture, integration, and configuration best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of p&c insurance industry processes and workflows.
  • Proven experience in managing large, complex accounts and engagements.
