Business Development Executive

About This Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your skills and experience as a Business Development Executive, fostering strong relationships with key strategic customers to deliver exceptional value throughout their lifetime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Take ownership of customer experience, understanding needs and business objectives to offer tailored solutions.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through day-to-day service delivery.
  • Drive proactive new sales, renewals, and opportunity management, leveraging teams for support.
  • Manage daily customer and partner requests, developing and executing account strategies with short-, mid-, and long-term goals focused on growth, profitability, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Lead, moderate, and orchestrate all activities on accounts, enhancing reputation by taking ownership of new requests and exploring opportunities to add value to customers.
  • Track and forecast defined account metrics, KPIs, and financials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fully qualified to work in Australia.
  • Ability to commute to one of our offices and visit customers primarily in Melbourne.
  • 5-10 years' relevant experience.
  • Microsoft licensing and/or Azure services solutions experience.
