Job Opportunity: Allocator in Logistics

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to manage and process customer orders, coordinate delivery schedules, and utilize advanced systems to track stock and dispatch loads.

This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for logistics.

  • Manage and process customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Coordinate delivery schedules based on driver and truck availability
  • Use advanced systems to track stock, dispatch loads, and monitor truck movements
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Provide delivery updates and solutions to customers using our truck tracking systems

Key Responsibilities:

This role requires a strong team player with top-notch communication and customer service skills. A fast thinker with strong problem-solving and planning abilities is also essential. Comfortable working with computer systems and digital tools is a must.
