Reinforce our team of inventory specialists and contribute to the success of our business by managing store stock levels, analysing sales data and coordinating seasonal inventory distribution.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our Planning team as an Allocator. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing product performance, determining efficient allocation of inventory, managing store inventory allocations and replenishment, and analysing financial results to drive key allocation changes or store transfers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee and update model stock minimum and maximum levels
  • Coordinate seasonal inventory distribution at store level based on space and assortment needs
  • Monitor stock levels to enhance sales and turnover efficiency
  • Address store inquiries regarding stock
  • Execute store-to-store transfers/consolidations of stock
  • Conduct weekly product analysis and generate reports
  • Develop allocation plans for new stores
  • Formulate promotional pricing and product lists
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries promptly and efficiently

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience within the retail industry (apparel & footwear preferred but not essential)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure inventory accuracy and operational excellence
  • Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
  • Highly developed communication and collaboration skills
