Administrative Support Role

This exciting opportunity exists for an individual to provide administrative support across a range of tasks within the Fleet Services Team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and triaging inbound emails and service desk tickets related to fleet enquiries/issues;
  • Responding to and resolving general administrative enquiries/issues;
  • Meeting coordination and meeting minutes;
  • Coordinating and maintaining the State Headquarters pool fleet, including proactive servicing, repairs, and maintenance, vehicle cleaning, stocktakes of vehicle equipment, and archiving vehicle running sheets;
  • Investigating and resolving infringements and toll notices; and assisting with asset disposal and stocktaking.
Skills and Qualifications

Successful candidates will possess excellent organisational skills, be able to manage a workload with multiple competing tasks, be proactive, accountable, and thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment. They will also have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with all stakeholders, and build and maintain strong working relationships.
