We are currently seeking an experienced Design Manager to join our Water Infrastructure group, based in either Sydney or Newcastle office.

Job Description

The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary project delivery teams, working closely with end clients and contractors. They will be responsible for overall design delivery, including making final design project decisions, ensuring projects are delivered within quality, time and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to achieve high-quality results within tight deadlines
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Coordinate and manage project resources effectively
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Architecture, etc.)
  • Proven experience in design management and project delivery
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
